Job OverviewPosition Summary

The individual in this role is accountable for executing all dealing functions at the designated gaming table.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitor cards to uphold the security and integrity of the gaming table.
  • Manage and conduct the game at the assigned table.
  • Ensure adherence to Soboba Tribal Gaming Commission regulations, internal controls, and all Table Games policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate cash exchanges for gaming chips in line with established procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service in alignment with the Soboba Service Standard.
  • Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills with guests (both internal and external) consistently.
  • Engage in special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • A combination of education, experience, and training that equips the individual with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Must obtain and maintain a valid Soboba Tribal Gaming Commission license.
  • Required to undergo and achieve negative results on all drug and/or alcohol tests.
