Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.

Additional Duties:

Facilitate room deliveries as needed.

Respond to various guest requests efficiently.

Maintain confidentiality and control over room numbers and keys.

Qualifications:

Certifications/Licenses:

Must possess and uphold a valid driver's license.

Experience:

Previous experience in hospitality or a similar guest service role is preferred.

Communication Skills:

Exceptional ability to engage in friendly and polite dialogue.

Clear and understandable speech is essential.

Strong telephone communication skills are required.

Physical Requirements:

Work Environment: Duties will be performed both indoors and outdoors, with potential exposure to varying weather conditions.
