Job Title: Director of eCommerce

We are seeking an experienced Director of eCommerce to lead and optimize our website, taking full ownership of the eCommerce experience. This role is responsible for driving website performance through CRO, design, development, and data-driven experimentation, while building and leading the eCommerce team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CRO and Experimentation: Lead a high-volume testing and experimentation program that directly impacts P&L, with a focus on improving conversion rates, AOV, and overall site usability.
  • Funnel and Landing Page Optimization: Develop and improve high-performing landing pages aligned with marketing campaigns, and conduct A/B testing on page layouts, messaging, and conversion flow to increase sales.
  • Data and Analytics: Ensure proper event tagging, pixel implementation, and analytics setup, and monitor KPIs like conversion rates, AOV, CLTV, and funnel performance to identify key opportunities for optimization.
  • eCommerce Operations: Oversee the management of Shopify, including product listings, app integrations, and site maintenance, and lead the development and launch of new pages and features.
  • UX Design and UI Development: Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure seamless execution of site improvements and new features, and regularly conduct UX research, user testing, and feedback sessions to refine and improve the user experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership in DTC eCommerce with extensive experience in leading eCommerce functions, particularly within direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Expertise in CRO and experimentation with a strong track record of managing a high-volume testing and experimentation program that directly impacts P&L.
  • Data-driven mindset with deep experience in analytics, data tracking, and using data to inform key business decisions.
  • Marketing knowledge with the ability to collaborate with marketing teams to optimize site traffic, improve conversions, and achieve business objectives.
  • Technical understanding of Shopify, ReCharge, app integrations, front-end development, and technical SEO.
  • International expansion experience with a focus on driving international growth through optimized localized experiences.
  • Team building skills with the ability to build and lead high-performing, lean teams focused on eCommerce, CRO, and data analytics.
