JCW Group is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to support the growth and development of our manufacturing plant in Illinois. This role will play a critical part in managing internal employee relations, training initiatives, HRIS record management, benefits enrollment, talent management programs, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
This is a 5-day per week position that requires collaboration with management to lead various HR initiatives, including change management, leader effectiveness, employee life cycle, employee engagement, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
