Job Responsibilities:
In this position, you will take charge of the financial reporting framework, oversee the implementation of internal controls, assist in budget development, ensure compliance with reporting standards, and manage transaction reporting for our operational facilities located in diverse geographical areas.
- Oversee daily accounting functions, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, inventory, and fixed assets.
- Assess and improve financial systems and processes to enhance workflow efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Establish and maintain cost accounting practices that facilitate precise product costing.
- Work closely with Operations to analyze and refine processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Develop and manage financial dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other essential business reporting requirements.
- Prepare and present financial data for corporate reporting and consolidation purposes.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and tax regulations.
- Engage in special projects as required.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following educational and experience criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; CPA designation is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting and financial experience in a manufacturing setting.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in data management and warehousing, along with basic knowledge of SQL reporting.

- In-depth technical knowledge of accounting principles and concepts, including IFRS/GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
