Key Responsibilities- People Planning and Talent Management: Recruit, interview, develop, train, and retain qualified management personnel.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that all bar operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Guest Satisfaction: Measure and improve guest satisfaction in each restaurant, using tools such as Bar Louie Consumer Care and internal customer complaint systems.

- Capital Investment: Keep the franchisee informed of facility maintenance needs and upkeep to protect the assets, and ensure that contracted services are delivered.
- Development of New Restaurants: Keep the franchisee informed of new competition and potential sites for new Bar Louie restaurants.
- 3-5 years of General Management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant or bar.
- Computer knowledge, including Excel, Windows, and POS systems.
- Results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented personality.
- Infectious personality with the ability to engage and develop team members.
- Possess a passion for the hospitality industry and a focus on creating amazing guest experiences.
