Job Title: General Manager

Domino's Pizza LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and team members.
  • Work to a Schedule: Manage and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perfect Image and Adherence to Standards: Maintain a clean and well-maintained store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality, setting a good example for team members.
  • Staff and Customer Safety: Ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and team members.
  • Transportation to/from Work: Ensure team members are able to safely travel to and from work.
  • Store Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and well-maintained store environment.
  • Marketing and Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.

Requirements:
