Job Title: Commercial Solutions Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Solutions Program Manager to join our team at Mastercard. As a key member of our Commercial Solutions organization, you will be responsible for leading complex projects and programs that drive business growth and innovation.

About the Role:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes and drive growth in the B2B payments space
  • Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
