Job Title: Account Manager Commercial Electronic Security

At Allied Universal Technology Services, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our presence in assigned accounts, driving sales activities, and establishing new customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exceed sales goals and manage existing commercial customers
  • Identify and develop new commercial-level customer prospects
  • Utilize consultative sales techniques to develop customer relationships
  • Prepare and present company offerings to end-user customers
  • Communicate with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of work to dedicated customer base
  • Grow service and maintenance agreements through solution-selling
  • Determine hosted, managed, and monitored sales opportunities with new customer prospects
  • Prepare timely and accurate solution proposals
  • Maintain quality assurance by following organizational standards
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required; Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of sales and account management experience in the Electronic Security Integration industry
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment with an expanding customer base
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly-motivated and customer service-oriented
  • Commitment to professional, ethical, and compliant business practices
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to perform 20% office and 80% off-site customer development and conduct site visits and job walks
  • Experience selling security platforms a plus
