Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure production applications reliability through proactive monitoring and incident response.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement and standardization.
  • Design and implement scalable infrastructure and applications using automation.
  • Develop and maintain systems, infrastructure, and applications through automation.
  • Engage in improving the entire lifecycle of services from inception to deployment, operations, and refinement.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer.
  • Experience with Observability/Monitoring technologies like Splunk Observability Cloud.
  • Driven approach to continually improving service levels.
  • Experience with one or more Cloud Platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).
  • Experience with Container technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, AKS.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies, especially with Azure or GCP.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including management.
  • Strong team or technical leadership experience.
  • Incident Management System experience.
