About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate, Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at Kyndryl. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated solutions to enhance the stability and security of our infrastructure
  • Participate in incident response activities, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to design, implement, and maintain automated solutions
  • Develop, maintain, improve, and automate the build and testing pipeline
  • Ensure the software release process is operating smoothly and effectively

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience with infrastructure and configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, and Terraform
  • Proficiency with general DevOps and automation and knowledge of Linux/Unix-based operating systems
  • Experience with time series databases and data visualization tools such as the TICK Stack
  • Experience with logging, search, and visualization tools such as the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and Grafana
  • General networking protocol stack knowledge
  • Experience with container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
