Pharmaceutical Sales Executive

Job Description Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Executive to join our team at BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company). As a Pharmaceutical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing sales into the Pharmaceutical, Sterile Manufacturing, Biotech, and Personal Care space.
Key Responsibilities
• Takes the lead in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Personal Care accounts to drive revenue across the complete portfolio.
• Has a hunter mentality to pursue opportunity within the assigned market.
• Works closely with end users and distribution in the assigned accounts to ensure complete account control.
• Utilizes Marketing and sales resources to develop, implement, and track all targeted programs both direct and through distribution.
• Is accountable for core media sales and capital equipment sales based on assigned budgets.
• Is accountable for the financial performance at the revenue and profitability level of assigned accounts.
Requirements
• BA/BS in Life Sciences, biological areas, business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years documented sales success (top 20%) in broad range laboratory products with minimum 1 year laboratory and/or multi-level selling experience preferred.
• Experience in the Manufacturing Sales Space in any of the following: Pharmaceutical/medical device/Compounding Pharmacy/food testing, or QC/QA required.
• Capital equipment experience preferred.
