Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at KCI Technologies. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies to support our sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate trade shows and conferences, including logistics, exhibitor requirements, and attendee communication.
• Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event analysis.
• Create and coordinate promotional materials and campaigns to drive engagement and generate leads.
• Attend trade shows/conferences as needed, including lifting or moving boxes/display booths, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, trade show planning, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools such as CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
