Role Overview

This part-time Licensed Psychotherapist position is available at our District of Columbia office, offering a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced psychotherapist to work with diverse populations across all age groups, providing assessment, individual, couples, and family counseling services. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a variety of clients, including those requiring telemedicine services.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting trust and understanding throughout the therapy process.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver high-quality counseling services, focusing on the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must hold independent licensure in DC as a LiCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist. Additionally, you should be willing to obtain insurance carrier credentials, commit to working one evening or Saturday per week, and demonstrate comfort with delivering services via telemedicine.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $63,000-$75,000 based on industry standards and market conditions in the Northern Virginia and Washington D.C. area.
