We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Advisor Onboarding Manager to join our team at Level Four Wealth Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new advisors and 1099 personnel, ensuring a seamless transition to our firm.
Key Responsibilities- Manage staff in Advisor Onboarding, providing escalation, supervision, and guidance.
- Serve as a project manager for onboarding new 1099 advisors/personnel, guiding them through our 10-week+ Playbook.
- Work with Human Resources to ensure adequate onboarding of W2 advisors, following established procedures.
- Maintain continuous communication with all departments involved, ensuring timely progress through the Playbook.
- Proactively escalate issues and facilitate smooth progression.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to understand process expectations for W2 Advisors/personnel.
- Provide thought leadership on improving Onboarding experiences and processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and standards relating to advisor transitions.
- Be an ambassador for company culture, leading by example to drive onboarding advisors to adopt our culture.
- 5+ years of experience in the Broker/Dealer/RIA industry, or back office.
- Comfortable communicating with co-workers in other departments and levels.
- Very organized, quick learner, and able to communicate and uphold deadlines and expectations.
- Preferred: experience with Advisor Transitions or Onboarding, ability to find creative solutions to issues, and experience in training others.
