Your Role as Customer Onboarding Program Manager

We're seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring new clients have a seamless onboarding experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing effective onboarding programs to meet client needs
  • Developing and delivering training materials and sessions to ensure clients are fully trained on our product features
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the onboarding process
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and our product development team to gather feedback and improve product functionality
  • Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to onboarding completion and user satisfaction

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A proven background in customer-facing roles with experience in onboarding, training, or customer success
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and friendly manner
  • A professional presentation with excellent time management skills and the ability to self-manage in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with online training tools, CRM platforms, and SaaS environments, with proficiency in Zoom, Google Suite, and customer success software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple onboarding processes and follow up with clients
