Compensation ranges from $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
Position Overview:
Engage in paid training to oversee a team of 3 to 4 construction workers.
Construct pre-engineered post frame buildings.
Interpret blueprints, manage job sites, and supervise team members.
Utilize hand and power tools as well as equipment.
Work from ladders and aerial platforms up to 35 feet high.
Enjoy stable income and dependable year-round construction employment.
Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Drive a one-ton crew cab, tow a trailer, and operate a skid steer.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant construction experience required.
Preferred experience in leadership or management roles.
Ability to work in diverse weather conditions.
Must hold a valid driver's license.
