Chief Construction is seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, assigning, and directing the activities of assigned employees to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate construction activities to meet project schedules and budgets.
- Assign and direct the work of subordinate employees, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain a safe working environment for employees, subcontractors, and the public.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and ready for use.
- Collaborate with the Superintendent, Project Manager, and Chief Construction management to resolve construction schedules, problems, or other significant matters.
- 5+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on concrete and construction methods.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
