Job Title: Procedural Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced Procedural Scheduler to join our team at Medical Temporaries, Inc.

Job Summary:

The Procedural Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling procedures, laboratory testing, and radiology tests in an outpatient clinic setting. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule procedures, laboratory testing, and radiology tests for patients
  • Provide information and education to patients regarding their procedures
  • Assess patient needs and provide appropriate care
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical setting
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • At least 1 year of computer EMR experience
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Gastroenterology experience
