We are seeking a highly skilled Web Development Project Manager to join our team at Coalition Technologies. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of web projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of project scopes, considering resources, technological constraints, and cost estimates.
  • Create and execute project work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Define project scopes and provide clear instructions to the design and development teams.
  • Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria to the team.
  • Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
  • Ensure projects are completed according to schedule and within budget.
  • Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing them off to Account Managers.
  • Effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Requirements
  • Expert experience in frontend or backend development and the ability to pass skills tests, including pixel-perfect PSD to HTML conversion.
  • Experience in responsive design, HTML5, CSS3 media queries.
  • Proficiency using design/editing software.
  • Knowledge of project management software, such as Basecamp, MS Project, Visio, Salesforce, etc.
  • A solid understanding of web design standards, usability, and rich media.
  • Experience working with large/complicated sites and high-profile clients.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • A solid understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations, and run team meetings.
  • The ability to anticipate issues, identify future choke points, and work ahead to alleviate potential issues.
  • Proven mentoring and team-building skills.
  • The ability to manage many projects simultaneously.
  • Great attention to detail and a highly organized work style.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, BigCommerce, and Magento (preferred).
  • The ability to demonstrate leadership capabilities with teams of 3 or more people (preferred).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript & PHP (preferred).
