Overview

Make a competitive salary of $45/hour or more at the Gold Standard in Cripple Creek.

We are offering a Sign On Bonus of $100 after 30 days, $200 after 60 days, and $200 after 90 days.

  • Perform dealer function for Craps in accordance with established policies and procedures, the State of Colorado Limited Gaming Act and other applicable municipal, state, and federal laws or regulations.
  • Provide exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform dealers function for Craps in accordance with house established policies and procedures, the State of Colorado Limited Gaming Act and other applicable municipal, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at an assigned table.
  • Exchange guest currency for gaming tokens and deposit in table drop box.
  • Provide personal attention and assistance to guests. Verify guest winnings and explain gaming rules and regulations, as necessary. Act to keep guests satisfied and motivated to return.
  • Perform duties in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, including special attention to underage gaming as well as recommendations to Floor Supervisors in reference to alcohol consumption by patrons.
  • Maintain a general awareness of table operations.
  • Maintain knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures as provided by Table Games Management.
  • Perform other duties, including special projects, as needed, and directed.
Qualifications:
  • A valid Colorado Support Gaming License is required.
  • Must have Craps and/or Table Games experience.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty cheerfully, satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
