Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments
  • Handling prior authorizations and facilitating patient communication
  • Recording patient vitals
  • Administering injections
  • Acting as an insurance liaison
  • Maintaining professional communication with healthcare providers
  • Performing administrative tasks
  • Overseeing clinic operations, including cleaning and managing documentation
  • Opening and closing the facility
  • Assisting patients with new paperwork, contracts, and medical procedures

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to navigate various patient medical record systems
  • Certified Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certification required
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations
  • Strong time management skills
