Porch Light Health is seeking a qualified and certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team specializing in Addiction Medicine. This role is structured for 32 hours per week and is primarily clinic-based.
The medical provider will be responsible for seeing patients both in-person and through telehealth services. The position may require occasional travel to various clinic sites.
Your role will involve assisting individuals dealing with addiction or substance use disorders, including but not limited to alcohol, opioids, stimulants, and benzodiazepines. While prior experience in addiction medicine is not mandatory, backgrounds in emergency room, primary care, or psychiatric settings are advantageous. A strong commitment to supporting underserved populations and a willingness to embrace new learning opportunities are essential.
