Job Title: Principal Systems Engineer - RF/EE Focused

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Systems Engineer to join our team in Tucson, AZ. As a key member of our Effectors Systems Design & Architecture (SDA) organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and partnering with multi-disciplines to shape innovative solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain RF and EE-related system and subsystem level requirements specifications.
  • Provide SE technical expertise in RF/EE integration, troubleshooting, and failure investigations.
  • Lead technical discussions and formulate plans of action by leveraging company Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across multiple engineering disciplines.
  • Collaborate with other Engineering disciplines to help define requirements, interfaces, subsystem behavior, and how the subsystem will integrate into the overall system and architecture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and eight (8) years of experience in one or more of the following technical domains.
  • Experience capturing system requirements and maintaining system requirements.
  • Experience performing requirements definition, decomposition, and changes.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using Agile framework development methods/processes.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps methods/tools.
  • Past work experience in a challenging fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Matlab, C, C#, C++, Python.
