Position Overview:

As a Front Desk Representative, you will serve as the initial point of contact for families. Your responsibilities will include welcoming families upon arrival, managing phone inquiries, and processing payment information. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Your role is crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction and overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers as they arrive and ensure a positive experience.
  • Handle and redirect incoming phone calls.
  • Oversee the student sign-in and sign-out procedures.
  • Assist parents with necessary documentation, including consent forms and incident reports.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming environment.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve minor issues, and provide accurate information.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Creole and English.
  • Preferred two or more years of experience in a receptionist or similar capacity.
  • Strong commitment to customer service.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Minimum age of 18 years and possession of a High School Diploma.

Essential Skills:

  • Exceptional multitasking abilities.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Familiarity with the ProCare System is advantageous.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Patience and understanding when interacting with students and parents.

  • Wear the designated uniform appropriately.
  • Be punctual for all scheduled shifts.
