Electrical Maintenance Specialist at Liveo Research

Join our dynamic team at Liveo Research, a leading global provider of rigid packaging solutions. We are currently seeking an Electrical Maintenance Specialist to ensure the optimal performance of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive maintenance on various machinery and electrical systems, adhering to operational manuals and engineering specifications.
  • Diagnose issues by observing equipment in operation and utilizing precision measuring instruments.
  • Dismantle defective components and assess their condition using hand and power tools.
  • Inspect parts to determine dimensional changes and adjust functional components as necessary.
  • Communicate maintenance techniques to production staff to minimize downtime.
  • Fabricate necessary repair parts using machine shop tools and equipment.
  • Manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, anticipating future needs.
  • Document maintenance activities and report on mechanical and electrical performance trends.
  • Enhance technical knowledge through workshops and technical literature.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following established safety protocols.
Qualifications:
  • Possession of Electrical Journeyman's Papers.
  • Strong technical understanding, attention to detail, and flexibility in problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety practices and proficiency with power tools.
