Service Greeter/Porter Job Summary

The Service Greeter/Porter is a key member of our Pensacola Honda team, responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience for our customers. This role involves greeting customers, directing them to the appropriate person or location, and controlling service traffic flow to maintain an orderly service parking area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Determine if customers have an appointment and record relevant information
  • Control service traffic flow, parking, and assist with loaner vehicles as needed
  • Drive safely and report any lot damage immediately
  • Retrieve customer vehicles at cashier for pick-up and thank customers for their business
  • Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and I.D. tags in all vehicles taken in for service
  • Deliver keys and repair order hard copies to the Service Advisor immediately after parking a vehicle
  • Maintain a clean and safe service drive area, free of trash, water, leaves, and dirt
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
