Job Title: Medication Certified Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Medication Certified Technician to join our team at The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood community. As a Medication Certified Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Job Summary

Under general supervision, you will actively incorporate our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care" to develop awareness of residents' interests and needs. You will assist residents to maximize their independence and participation, providing exemplary care in activities of daily living, recreational activities, and creating a safe environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide basic needs, activities of daily living, and recreational activities to residents
  • Assist residents to maximize their independence and participation
  • Create a safe environment for resident care
  • Develop awareness of residents' interests and needs
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Successful completion of the Certified Caregiver Program
  • Certification required for entry
  • Minimum of one year experience preferred
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Certified Caregiver Certificate, CPR AZ, Fingerprint Clearance Card
