Key Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate, and enhance manufacturing and cleaning methodologies.
- Improve workstation configurations, tooling, and manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of manufacturing processes and make necessary adjustments.
- Assist in Value Stream Mapping and data gathering.
- Design factory space and equipment layouts utilizing CAD software.
- Collaborate across departments to tackle manufacturing challenges and production schedules.
- Support continuous improvement practices through organization, training, and event facilitation.
- Coordinate with suppliers to define product specifications and obtain required equipment/materials.
- Oversee and manage equipment relocations and associated logistics.
- Document tools and equipment used in workstations.
- Develop and record labor processes in Standard Work format.
- Work with the Quality Department on PFMEA development.
- Incorporate product specifications into production processes following APQP standards.
- Ensure workstations comply with safety and ergonomic standards in collaboration with the team.
- Adhere to Environmental Guidelines and supervise ME Tech responsibilities.
- Perform any other assigned tasks.
