Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team in Philadelphia. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for technical support, process development, and process improvement. This role will also provide leadership to a small off-shift crew.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance for the off-shift crew
  • Support the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment
  • Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to innovate process and product improvements
  • Perform data analysis on product performance and manufacturing processes
  • Troubleshoot process/equipment related issues in a timely manner
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective action plans
  • Maintain manufacturing process documentation
  • Conduct training of manufacturing technicians
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, or materials engineering)
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience or 3 years with a Master's degree
  • Ceramic coating technologies, ceramics, materials & process engineering experience is desired
Skills and Requirements:
  • Ability to work under general supervision and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong verbal and written technical communication skills
  • Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Access, and MRP systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Working Conditions:

The job operates in an office and manufacturing environment. The physical requirements include occasional lifting/pushing/pulling up to 20 lbs, sitting, standing, bending, squatting, and walking about the facility.
