Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in providing home health care services to patients in need. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our Physical Therapists to implement care plans and provide patient education on basic home safety and medical equipment safety.

Responsibilities
  • Implement care plans and communicate findings or changes to the Physical Therapist and physician
  • Provide patient education on basic home safety and medical equipment safety
  • Work collaboratively with the Physical Therapist to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct home visits to assess patient needs and provide care
Requirements
  • Associate degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • Valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the state of agency operation
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Licensed driver with ability to travel to all business locations
