Job Title: Data Management Analyst

Join our team at the University of Kentucky's Office of Technology Commercialization, where we're transforming our commercialization activities to create a partnership culture focused on stronger relations with our stakeholders, greater transparency, and increased customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage intellectual property and agreement data/document entry, including creation and updating of accounts and records in our invention management system.
  • Record financial documents related to patent expenses and revenues into the Technology Commercialization database.
  • Oversee the integrity of the data in the Technology Commercialization invention management database.
  • Provide support for data, document, and information collection as needed, along with administrative support for the Intellectual Property Committee.
  • Work closely with the Senior Contracts Coordinator to setup and update agreement accounts.
Requirements:
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Well-qualified candidate with a BS + 1 year in experience in data collection, document management, report preparation, and/or office/clerical.
