Global Communities is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Integrated School Feeding program portfolio. As a key member of our Sustainable Development team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, strategic planning, and program management to ensure the growth and success of our school feeding programs.
Responsibilities:- Provide technical leadership and guidance to program teams to ensure the development and implementation of high-quality school feeding programs.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and expand our school feeding program portfolio, including identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Lead the development of program quality standards, metrics, and accountability approaches to ensure the effectiveness and impact of our school feeding programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for donors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and government agencies, to promote Global Communities' work and interests.
- Lead the development of program proposals, reports, and other documentation to ensure compliance with donor requirements and Global Communities' standards.
- Collaborate with other teams, including Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning, to ensure the integration of program learning and evaluation into our school feeding programs.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in international development, with a focus on school feeding programs.
- Proven track record of leading and managing complex programs, including program design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Strong technical expertise in school feeding program design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including donors, partners, and government agencies.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, with occasional international travel.
