Operating Room Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team at UP Health System - Marquette. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a 10-hour shift schedule, offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients undergoing surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operating room operations
  • Document patient care and treatment plans accurately and thoroughly
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a current state of Michigan RN license and an associate degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor's degree preferred). You will also need to obtain Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification within 30 days of hire.
