Job Summary

U.S. Marine Corps is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the Marine Corps Exchange. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to all customers in our stores. You will be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to all customers in our stores
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide a positive shopping experience for our customers
• Meet all personal and department sales goals
• Assist the Sales and Experience Managers in the execution of corporate service programs, promotions, and other events

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working in a customer and sales-focused environment
• Cash handling, basic math, and register experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read and understand operating standards and procedures for service, service recovery, sales, and store brand
• Ability to work in a high-performance atmosphere with a commitment to service and sales goals
