Role Overview:
The Phlebotomy Specialist is responsible for collecting high-quality blood samples while fostering a trusting and confident environment for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Clearly and courteously explain the venipuncture process and other specimen collection methods, ensuring accuracy in test requisitions and labels.
  • Store specimens according to required temperature, utilizing appropriate containers/tubes, and ensure accurate labeling while adhering to transport protocols to maintain specimen integrity.
  • Respond to phone inquiries and provide laboratory results as needed.

Qualifications:
