We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Landscape Project Coordinator to oversee premium landscape construction initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for managing intricate landscape projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their vision is realized while addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Project Strategy: Create thorough project strategies, encompassing precise estimates, comprehensive timelines, resource management, and risk assessment plans.
- On-Site Oversight: Direct the daily operations of landscape construction projects, ensuring compliance with quality benchmarks, safety regulations, and established timelines.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor project teams, promoting effective communication, conflict resolution, and a constructive work atmosphere.
- Budget Management: Supervise project finances, monitor expenditures, identify cost-reduction strategies, and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively tackle project challenges to minimize delays and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Documentation: Prepare essential project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and other relevant paperwork with meticulous attention to detail.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in managing landscape construction projects for residential clients.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Buildertrend).
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in horticulture, landscape architecture, construction management, or a related discipline.
- Understanding of landscape design principles and elements.
- Experience managing projects valued between $50k and $500k.
