Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct daily shift activities to ensure smooth operations within the Table Games Department.
  • Uphold the highest standards of guest service, productivity, and workplace safety.
  • Ensure compliance with all departmental policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Monitor the performance of dealers and guests, ensuring adherence to house rules and game integrity.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of work schedules and performance standards.
  • Remain vigilant to any unusual activities and take appropriate actions as necessary.
  • Provide proactive guest service by greeting guests and addressing inquiries regarding promotions and events.
  • Maintain attendance to ensure adequate coverage for optimal guest service.
  • Oversee the training and development of department personnel to meet performance standards.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in Casino Table Games is essential.
  • Prior management or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are necessary.

Competencies:

  • Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring recruitment and retention of qualified staff.
  • Judgment: Make informed decisions based on available data and experience, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Communication: Effectively relay company information and staff concerns to management.
