Digital Gaming Marketing Manager

At Mattel, we're seeking a highly skilled Associate Marketing Manager to join our Digital Gaming team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Marketing Manager on brand and product marketing strategy and tactics for assigned licensed titles across Mattel's global brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with licensees to deliver world-class campaigns and ensure digital games reflect the best of Mattel's brands and meet performance targets.
- Work closely with internal partners to secure support through Mattel's marketing channels and ensure product development and marketing programs are aligned.
- Manage multiple projects and forge internal and external relationships to deliver best-in-class marketing programs.
- Present marketing updates to broader Digital Games, Product, Retail, and Franchise Teams.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing within the gaming industry.
- Experience in driving successful marketing campaigns for well-known brands.
- Strong time management, planning, and project execution skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid collaborative relationships.
- Understanding of brand management, product marketing, channel marketing, user acquisition, and social media.
- Strong PowerPoint creation and presentation skills, proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Highly organized project manager, detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful, good work ethic, and works well under pressure across multiple projects.
- Passion for digital games.
- Demonstrated growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
- Annual base salary range: $90,000 - $125,000.
