Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct a cross-functional Integrated Program Team (IPT) to meet program cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
  • Manage program resources, including budgeting, staffing, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and implement program plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in program management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Ability to develop and mentor others.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
