Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Metal Fabrication Specialist to play a crucial role in our operations. The ideal candidate will utilize advanced machinery to weld various metal components, including railings, staircases, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and assemble sheet metal products such as: Conveyors, Chutes, Small Tanks, Charge Tanks, Shakers, etc.
  • Construct structural steel items including: Stairs, Platforms, Catwalks, Pipe racks, Pipe supports, Brackets, Handrails, etc.
  • Assemble machinery such as: Conveyors, Shakers, Charge Tanks, Manifolds, etc.
  • Interpret and execute Shop Drawings to successfully complete projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts and various shop tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in MIG & TIG welding, manufacturing, or related fields.
  • Proficient in using welding tools and understanding welding processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering Shop drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Capable of managing a physically demanding workload.
  • Availability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
  • Experience with agricultural machinery is a plus.
  • Must successfully pass a drug screening.
  • Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
