Key Responsibilities- Perform preventative and proactive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal production levels.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using technical diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve process efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with technical changes and advancements in equipment design and operation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
- Experience with precision alignment, troubleshooting, and fabrication required.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
