West Fraser is a leading wood products company with a strong presence in North America. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Millwright to join our team at the Allendale OSB Division. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing preventative and proactive maintenance, as well as repairing or replacing damaged machinery to ensure mill production runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using technical electronic diagnostics and precision instruments
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, adjustments, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment
- Repair, replace, install, and assemble equipment, parts, components, and accessories
- Operate various mechanical and electronic test equipment
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment

Requirements:

- Minimum High School or GED required
- Experience with precision alignment of motors, couplings, bearings, and pumps
- Experience troubleshooting issues with bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and conveyors
- Experience reading blueprints
- Three (3) years or more of experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing heavy equipment
- Experience with fabrication, cutting with a torch, and welding with an arc welder
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Eligible to legally work in the United States without employer sponsorship
