About the Team

Spectrum Healthcare Partners is a leading provider of orthopaedic care in Maine, with a team of experienced healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking an experienced Patient Care Navigator to join our team in Portland, Maine.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for coordinating daily clinic operations, serving as a resource for staff, and documenting patient care services accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily clinic operations, including scheduling appointments and preparing charts for office visits
  • Serve as a resource for staff, providing guidance on clinical problems and ensuring accurate documentation of patient care services
  • Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care and efficient clinic operations
  • Document patient care services accurately and timely, including therapeutic procedures, dressing changes, wound management, allergies, and medication dosages

Requirements:

  • LPN with current Maine License or eligible for licensure, Medical Assistant, CMA/RMA, or other relevant healthcare credentials with required experience
  • 2+ years' experience in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of Orthopaedics preferred
  • Current BLS certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience
