Position Overview

Job Title: Loan IQ Consultant

Work Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite from Day One)

Contract Duration: Long Term

Experience Required: 8+ Years

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology is essential.
  • At least 2 to 4 years of direct experience in comprehensive Loan IQ migration processes is required.
  • Proficient understanding of database schema design, data types, and SQL best practices, including experience with SQL Server and Access Database Management.
  • Candidates must be open to relocation or commuting to the designated work area. Travel to project sites may be necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in migrating Syndication lending products from ACBS / AFS to Loan IQ utilizing the Finastra DCT tool within a structured migration timeline.
  • Ability to manage DCT Extraction, Transformation, and Loading of loan data into Loan IQ using Finastra DCT as a migration utility.
  • Conduct validation of data transferred into Loan IQ against the original source data in the DCT staging database.
  • Configure the DCT tool based on finalized requirements from the business SME team.
  • Replicate the source database into the Finastra Loan IQ DCT tool.
  • Establish DCT database and API connectivity with the Loan IQ application.
  • Monitor the transformation and extraction processes within DCT.
  • Execute the loading of loan data into the DCT tool.
  • Report findings related to the DCT load in the context of Loan IQ API validations.
  • Share conversion statistics for each DCT load, detailing the number of successes and failures.
