Job Overview

IMSolutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead large-sized projects in complex organizations, crossing multiple business units with diverse and conflicting needs, requiring complex reporting and communication at the agency and executive levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert knowledge of the acquisition process and ability to visualize and articulate complex concepts and solve complex problems.
  • Extensive knowledge of Integrative Acquisition Environment and DOD acquisition system policies and procedures.
  • Provide expert technical advice, staff coordination, and consultation to formulate guidelines, implement new developments, and provide expert interpretation.
  • Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to give formal presentations to diverse audiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Ten (10) years of experience in project management in large-sized projects in complex organizations, crossing multiple business units with stakeholders with diverse and conflicting needs, requiring complex reporting and communication at the agency and executive levels.
  • Five (5) years of experience in Project Management in DoD/Military Health Systems-related areas.
  • Must hold current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
  • Must be proficient in using the Microsoft suite of applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Adobe Acrobat.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree (ten years of experience may be substituted with an Advanced Degree)
Compensation and Benefits

$115,000 to $155,000 - Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and location. Outstanding medical, dental, vision, Tri-Care Supplement, HSA, FSA, insurance (STD, LTD, life, AD&D, voluntary life, accident, hospitalization, critical illness), EAP, and additional discounts.
