Concierge (Part-time) Assistant

Job Summary:
Adamas Building Services is seeking a highly skilled Concierge (Part-time) to join our team. As a key member of our luxury residential community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet residents and guests, determining the nature of their visit and directing them to the appropriate destination
- Check-in and announce incoming guests, receiving packages and deliveries, and resolving complaints from residents and guests
- Perform basic clerical duties, including answering telephones, faxing, copying, and light organization/cleaning of assigned work areas
- Must have reliable transportation, prior front desk/office experience, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours
- Dependable, punctual, and able to pass comprehensive background checks
Benefits:
Weekly pay, full-time employees eligible for benefits after 90 days, and a 40k match after one year of employment
Requirements:
MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION Must have prior Front Desk/Office environment experience Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment. Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality. Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work and stand on your feet for several hours. Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, copy machines, etc. Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours. Must pass comprehensive background checks. Support the organization vision, mission and core values of the company.
Shifts:
Sunday and Monday 11pm to 7am Friday and Saturday 3pm to 11pm
Pay Rate:
$16.00 per hour
