Responsibilities
  • Provide key assistance to patients who require special precautions, remaining with them at all times during assigned shifts.
  • Comply with hospital policies on confidentiality, infection control, and compassionate care.
  • Manage aggressive, violent, and confused behavior, adhering to patient restrictions.
  • Report identified safety issues, such as hazardous environments and medical errors.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Attendance of Patient Safety Class.
  • Good communication skills.
Work Schedule

Per Diem Night shifts available.
