This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Regional Property Manager to join our team at Odin Properties. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maximizing the profitability of our assets within your defined market area.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective cost control and revenue improvement programs to achieve the highest possible portfolio net operating income.
  • Create leasing/marketing plans to drive business growth and maximize rental income.
  • Prepare and convey all operational data to the executive team in a timely manner.
  • Identify and implement creative programs to increase property value, including national or regional marketing initiatives.
  • Approve pricing strategies with owners and supervisors, develop rent renewal strategies, and implement sales and marketing plans to maximize rental income.
  • Determine the long-term viability of each asset by actively participating in property asset planning.
  • Develop and manage high-quality on-site teams through effective recruitment, training, motivation, and coaching programs.
  • Evaluate physical aspects of properties to ensure they are safe, functional, and attractive, and ensure adequate scheduling to keep vacant units ready for occupancy.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years' experience as a Regional Property Manager, with a range of experience including lease-ups, acquisitions, and due diligence.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to deal well with people.
  • Evidence of leadership qualities in the region, company, or industry.
  • Experience managing distressed properties preferred.
