  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Create planning documents that involve multiple stakeholders across institutions, facilitating effective collaboration and communication.
  • Logistics of ordering materials for the lab, organizing meetings and events, and monitoring inventory control and vendor management.
  • Interact with external stakeholders and PIs at other universities, fostering strong relationships and partnerships.
  • Communicate with parties within and outside the area to explain facts, policies, and practices related to the field of specialization.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified candidates will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computing, or Business/Technology Management
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in project or program management, business development, or research administration
  • Handled teams of 10+ in an academic environment

Skills needed:

  • Financial status reporting and projections
  • Creating reports in Word/Open Office/Google Doc
  • Creating and delivering high-level presentations on administrative matters
